DI55ECCIONS 03 by Pawla Casanovas (Belledenuit Studio) - The future of aesthetics in the new generations

DI55ECCIONS is back, but in a different way... Our talks take a 180-degree turn in its 6th edition to bring you the best emerging talent and the most disruptive proposals. On May 2nd, we will receive Pawla Casanovas , creative director of Belledenuit Studio .

About the speaker

The work of Pawla Casanovas (27 years old) is inspired by Asian cinema and the surrealism of the provocative Luis Buñuel, among others. Buñuel inspired her firm, Belledejour Studio, an artistic and experimental project founded in 2017 where to date she explores new languages and ways of understanding fashion in front of art.

She currently directs Belledenuit Studio, audiovisual production company that she founded in 2020 with Javier Peralvo and where she develops her career as a director and photographer. Since its inception and, in a short period of two years, she has worked with international singers such as Bad Gyal, Rauw Alejandro and Rema, among others.

Described by the press as "a hypermodern and multifaceted filmmaker", Pawla is directly linked to her artistic practice, which evokes a world of dreams to which she belongs.

What is DI55ECCIONS?

DI55ECCIONS are LCI Barcelona's talks focused on the world of design, visual arts, innovation and creativity. In this 6th season we reinvent ourselves to give voice to the most emerging and disruptive talent. And we continue to play with the number five: five guests present in each edition five future trends for which they bet (linked to their projects, their industry, society in general, etc.) and five references or key aspects of their work.
