To see and to be seen. This project is born from a personal concern that, over time, I understood was not mine alone. It stems from the experience of growing up as a woman in an environment where the gaze of others is always present. From an early age we learn that we do not simply exist, but that we are seen; and that this gaze shapes how we move, how we speak, how we dress, and how we occupy space. Without realizing it, we begin to build a version of ourselves designed to be observed. That construction, repeated day after day, ends up becoming identity.
