About the project

Aiko, the Geisha of Nagasaki, is a collection inspired by the story of a Japanese woman who leaves her homeland to begin a new life in France. Through delicate silhouettes, transparencies, lace, and artisanal techniques, the collection explores identity, nostalgia, love, and personal transformation. The fusion of Japanese aesthetic sensibility and European elegance gives rise to romantic and contemporary garments that reflect the balance between cultural roots and adaptation to a new world.
