About the project

Born from the moment home fractures and belonging dissolves, Memoriae Animae transforms memory into a fragile, wearable archive. The collection explores how memory and emotion become physically embedded within the body, where trauma is remembered beyond words. Each look embodies a singular emotional state through sculptural silhouettes, altered proportions, and layered constructions. Together, the garments form an emotional cartography, tracing experiences of loss, vulnerability, resilience, and remembrance.
