Emma Pivetta

Master in Research (MRes) from the University of Barcelona within the framework of the PhD Program in International Studies, with a master’s in European Union Policies and a degree in Sociology.
She is an international lecturer and consultant specializing in user research, trend analysis, and the development of customer-centered products and services. With over 20 years of experience, she has worked for institutions, companies, and European bodies, turning ideas into real solutions for sectors such as healthcare, information technology, consumer goods, materials, and design — always with an international perspective.
She has coordinated R&D projects, led innovation, co-creation, and design thinking processes, and evaluated European proposals under programs such as Horizon 2020 and Eurostars. She currently combines her teaching in undergraduate and master’s programs at business and design schools with her work as an independent consultant, helping organizations identify and translate trends into user needs to create meaningful experiences.
