Rosina Sánchez and Alain Baumann are interdisciplinary artists and educators who lead Kònic Thtr&Lab, a pioneering platform for performance and research that integrates live arts, digital media, and interactive technologies. Their internationally acclaimed work explores the relationship between body, technology, and environment through critical and poetic dramaturgies.

They have developed more than forty works presented in Europe, Asia, the Americas, and Africa, and have collaborated with institutions such as the University of Strasbourg, the Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera (Italy), and the Universidad Veracruzana (Mexico). Their projects have been supported by Creative Europe and have received awards such as the City of Barcelona Prize.

Their teaching approach is based on hands-on laboratories in techno-performance, AI, and augmented reality. They foster the exploration of new languages at the crossroads of critical thinking, performing arts, and emerging technologies. They are currently directing the ECOSS 2025 festival.
