Verónica Reyero

Anthropologist specialized in research and design of digital experiences, with master’s and complementary training in strategic foresight, positive culture, and computational anthropology. She has over 8 years of experience leading applied research projects in sectors such as banking, technology, healthcare, sustainability, and consumer goods.
She is currently lead researcher for the Insights Center at CaixaBank through GammaUX, where she oversees studies on user experience with emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and cryptocurrencies. She teaches at IE Business School and at our School, delivering courses on human futures, strategy, and ideation in experience design.
Founder of Antropología 2.0, the first business anthropology agency in Spain, she has worked for brands such as Uber, Decathlon, and Canon. She has also been a senior researcher at Cervest, contributing to the development of SaaS solutions for climate risk, and a consultant on projects involving cultural neuroscience applied to consumer behavior.
With an ethnographic and strategic approach, she combines qualitative and quantitative research to translate cultural and social phenomena into relevant and sustainable design solutions. She has published and presented on the role of anthropology in business innovation.
