Scholarships and aids

We want to help you have the opportunity to study at LCI Barcelona and give you all possible resources!

Our Student Services Department will accompany and guide you through the entire process of applying for and processing the scholarships and grants that are available to you:

Early Bird

  • Which programs does it apply to? Bachelor’s degrees, advanced vocational training programs, master’s degrees, and postgraduate programs.
  • What does it consist of? Candidates who enroll before December 31, 2024, will benefit from the previous academic year’s tuition fees. Only applicable to the first academic year.
  • Deadline: December 31, 2024.

Bachelor Talent

  • Which programs does it apply to? Bachelor's degrees in Graphic Design, Visual Communication - Photography and Media Arts, Animation, and Video Game Design.
  • What does it consist of? A 20% discount on the first academic year, which can be maintained for the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th years if the student achieves an average grade of 7 (out of 10) in the previous academic year. This aid is limited to 5 students per program (25 in total).
  • Deadline: No deadline.

Master Talent

  • Which programs does it apply to? Master's programs in the areas of Graphic Design, Animation and Video Games, and Photography.
  • What does it consist of? A 20% discount for candidates selected based on the highest quality portfolios and who enroll before December 31, 2024. This aid is limited to 5 students per program.
  • Deadline: December 31, 2024.

Excellent Candidate

  • Which programs does it apply to? Bachelor's degrees, master's degrees, and postgraduate programs.
  • What does it consist of? A 10% discount for candidates with exceptional CVs: Honors in High School (for bachelor's degree entry) or Cum Laude Degree (for master's and postgraduate entry).
  • Deadline: No deadline.

Family Members of Current Students

  • Which programs does it apply to? Bachelor's degrees, master's degrees, and postgraduate programs.
  • What does it consist of? A 15% discount for immediate family members of current students.
  • Deadline: No deadline.

Alumni (I)

  • Which programs does it apply to? Bachelor's degrees, master's degrees, and postgraduate programs.
  • What does it consist of? A 25% discount for graduates from the last 3 academic years (not available for alumni of short-term programs). This aid is valid for the first year of re-enrollment and does not apply to dual degree programs.
  • Deadline: No deadline.

Alumni (II)

  • Which programs does it apply to? Bachelor's degrees, master's degrees, and postgraduate programs.
  • What does it consist of? A 15% discount for graduates with more than 3 years of seniority (not available for alumni of short-term programs). This aid is valid for the first year of re-enrollment and does not apply to dual degree programs.
  • Deadline: No deadline.

Credit Recognition

  • Which programs does it apply to? Bachelor's degrees.
  • What does it consist of? An 85% discount on recognized credits from previous courses for students starting their second year or later.
  • Deadline: No deadline.

Single-Parent or Large Families

  • Which programs does it apply to? Bachelor's degrees, advanced vocational training programs, master's degrees, and postgraduate programs.
  • What does it consist of? A 5% discount for candidates from single-parent or large families.
  • Deadline: No deadline.

Academic Excellence

  • Which programs does it apply to? Bachelor's degrees and advanced vocational training programs.
  • What does it consist of? Active students with one or more subjects graded with Honors will receive a 100% discount on the same number of credits.
  • Deadline: No deadline.

Employees of Partner Companies

  • Which programs does it apply to? Bachelor's degrees, master's degrees, and postgraduate programs.
  • What does it consist of? A 10% discount for employees of partner entities, such as companies, clusters, and associations.
  • Deadline: No deadline.

Relatives of LCI Employees

  • Which programs does it apply to? Bachelor's degrees, advanced vocational training programs, master's degrees, and postgraduate programs.
  • What does it consist of? A 100% discount for relatives of employees with over two years of seniority at LCI, and a 50% discount for relatives of employees with one to two years of seniority.
  • Deadline: No deadline.

Ministry Scholarships

  • Which programs does it apply to? Official bachelor's and master's degrees.
  • What does it consist of? General scholarships for students pursuing post-compulsory studies in the area of higher artistic education. Students who are Spanish-born or hold permanent residency in Spain may apply if they are enrolled in an official bachelor's or master's degree.
  • Deadline: Expired.

Metal Scholarship

  • Which program does it apply to? Master's Degree in Fashion Styling, Advertising, and Audiovisual Media.
  • What does it consist of? A 100% discount on the total tuition fee for the Master's Degree in Fashion Styling, Advertising, and Audiovisual Media. To qualify for the Metal Scholarship, applicants must hold a university degree in Fashion Design, Image Consulting, Protocol, Audiovisual Communication, Advertising, or Fine Arts. Yorokobu Scholarship

  • Which program does it apply to? Master's Degree in Art Direction and Graphic Project Management.
  • What does it consist of? A 100% discount on the total tuition fee for the Master's Degree in Art Direction and Graphic Project Management. To qualify for the Yorokobu Scholarship, applicants must hold a university degree in Graphic Design, Advertising and PR, Audiovisuals, Graphic Arts, or Fine Arts. More information here.

Award for Best High School Final Project

  • What does it consist of? We are looking for the best High School final project in all Catalonia! If your project is selected, you will win an Apple pack (27-inch iMac + iPad Air), and your school will receive a set of books from GG Publisher valued at 200 euros. The two runners-up will each win a Polaroid camera. If you are in your second year of High School and your research project is related to design, visual arts, innovation, or creativity, follow the instructions provided on this page.
