New Building

Our campus, honored with the 2025 Catalonia Construction Award for Construction Management

The jury highlighted the demanding technical management and the meticulous execution of LCI Education’s European Hub.

The Technical Architecture College of Barcelona (Cateb), in collaboration with the Council of Technical Architecture Colleges of Catalonia, the General Council of Technical Architecture of Spain, and ArquinFAD, the Interdisciplinary Space Design Association of FAD, held the 22nd Catalonia Construction Awards gala on June 19 as part of the Construction Night. The event was attended by Sílvia Paneque, Territory Minister of the Generalitat, as well as other institutional and professional authorities.

We are very proud to announce that our campus was awarded ex aequo with the Award for Construction Management thanks to the work of Ramon Cisa, Sergi Barquet, Víctor García, and Joan Sirvent, from the company Betarq. The new building, located in Barcelona’s 22@ district, was recognized for “a meticulous and highly demanding technical management in a complex urban environment”. The project stood out for the perfect coordination between industrialized processes and traditional methods, as well as the utmost care in the interior finishes, with distinctive spaces such as the large atrium and the system of linear skylights.
