It seems we've worn out the word "new". Everything is new: a collection, an app, a series… We've called everything new for so long that nothing feels truly new anymore.
NEW'26 - The Festival of New Ideas stands up for a different kind of "new": the kind that wakes you up in the middle of the night, the kind found in unexpected ways of bringing a vision to life or making a project that once seemed impossible come true. The kind that belongs to an entire generation stepping into the world with a suitcase full of ideas no one has seen yet.
Over three days, from June 29 to July 1, students from our bachelor’s in Fashion Design, Graphic Design, and Interior Design present the projects that bring their years of training at LCI Barcelona to a close. Want to know everything we have in store? Here's the full program:
Monday, June 29 (Parking Gallery and campus plaza)
5:00 PM - Opening of the final project exhibition, held at the Parking Gallery (level -2) of our campus. The event is free to attend with prior registration at this link, and includes the awards ceremony for the best projects in Graphic Design and Interior Design.
7:00 PM - Fashion show by students from the Bachelor's in Fashion Design, held in the campus plaza. The event, which will feature one look from each collection, is by invitation only and can be followed live on our Instagram. The awards for the best collections will be presented at the end of the show.
Tuesday, June 30 (Parking Gallery > sign up here)
10:00 AM to 9:00 PM - Final project exhibition.
Throughout the day, students from the Bachelor's in Graphic Design will present their work, alongside three runway shows by the Bachelor's in Fashion Design, featuring our students' complete collections:
