About the Program

This BA in Animation covers the processes of creating animations from a vocational perspective. The program takes a multidisciplinary perspective that reaches across different specialities (e.g., video games, 2D and 3D animation, character design, 3D modelling, and concept art).

Diploma & Accreditation

The Bachelor's Degree is equivalent to a University degree and is accredited by the Agency for Quality in the University System. These studies will allow you to access official master's programs and exams for Public Service.

Required Materials

It has been determined that your study program requires a particularly powerful computer. We understand that such specifications can lead to significant costs. Therefore, it is acceptable to use a computer from the "Creativity PC" category and to utilize the technological solutions that the School will implement to work around the limitations of your machine.

  • 1 TB or larger SSD (Solid State Drive)
  • NVIDIA RTX 2060 (or superior) or AMD equivalent

Admissions Criteria

To enroll in this program, you must have completed high school or a CFGS (Higher Technical Education) and passed a specific entrance exam.

Candidates must meet one of the following requirements:

  • Individuals over 18 years old without formal qualifications may gain access after passing a maturity test related to high-school objectives.

  • A pass in the university entrance exam for individuals aged 25 and older.

  • A high school diploma or its equivalent.

Academic Dates

The bachelor's degree program has a single start date in the month of September. The enrollment period begins in October of the previous year and ends in July.
