Learn to create gastronomic experiences that awaken all the senses. In this summer course, you will learn how to develop spaces and atmospheres that connect flavors, emotions, and senses to deliver unforgettable moments. Shape your ideas and turn them into unique gastronomic experiences.

About the Program

Throughout the course, you will explore the design process for gastronomic environments, from the client brief and conceptual creation phase to project development and execution. You will also understand the functionality of these spaces, as well as the materials, furniture, lighting, and the most innovative design and manufacturing technologies in the field.

Admissions Criteria

  • To have an identification document or passport.

  • Local and European students over 16 years old.

  • Non-European foreign students must be over 18 years old.
