About the Program

Throughout the course, you will explore the design process for gastronomic environments, from the client brief and conceptual creation phase to project development and execution. You will also understand the functionality of these spaces, as well as the materials, furniture, lighting, and the most innovative design and manufacturing technologies in the field.

  • From April to May, with classes on Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings.
