Initiation Course in Digital Photography

This program will introduce you to the world of photography and will give you the technical basis to handle a reflex camera in manual mode.
The course also includes an introduction to post-production with Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, two professional tools that will help you to digitally develop your images.

1. INTRODUCTION TO PHOTOGRAPHY

• F-numbers, shutter speeds, ISO sensitivity.
• Framing and composing images with intent.

2. INTRODUCTION TO PHOTO EDITING

• RAW format.
• Introduction to editing in Adobe Camera Raw.
• Editing in Adobe Lightroom.
• Workflow processes.
• Basic tools in Adobe Photoshop.
• File export.

3. INTRODUCTION TO LIGHTING IN PHOTOGRAPHY

• Characteristics of light.
• Lighting setups.
• Portrait photography.
• Still life photography.
